Ted teaches Yoga every Friday evening at 19:30 PM at Pure Gym, Orpington.
His experience with Ashtanga, Bikram and Hatha Yoga allows him to tailor his classes for his students, be they complete beginners or experienced Yogis and Yoginis!
Always let Ted know what kind of practise you want, be it a sweaty and athletic practise or a relaxing and restorative practise and Ted will be sure to design a class you’ll throughly enjoy!
