Ted is very knowledgeable and although he is very gentle,
he can work you very hard too!

I like his Pilates classes because I always feel sore the next day
(especially my bum and thighs) but in a good way,
because I know my body is changing!

Ted's Free Online Pilates class on Thursdays is amazingly generous
- who says "there's no such thing as a free lunch"?

Ted is the consummate professional,
whether he's delivering his in-person studio classes
or his free Pilates class online.
See you next Thursday Ted!  Thank you!

Ted teaches an absolutely
FREE ONLINE
Mat Pilates Class
every Thursday evening at 18:15 pm.

Before I met Ted, I though Pilates was something for The Ladies.  It's not.  LOL.

It was invented by a bloke called Joseph Pilates and the exercises are challenging to say the least.

I'm a runner and it increases my flexibility and conditions my body without making it bulky.

I really like Pilates at 18:45pm on Fridays with Ted at Pure Gym,
Orpington because it's right after work and I can have a light meal afterwards
and get a good night's sleep and have a lie in on Saturdays.

Cheers Ted.
See you on Friday!
